0510 Barrier Coatings for Cupstock

Half a trillion disposable cups are manufactured annually and most of paper cups contain plastic lining on the inside of the cup in order to have the effects of waterproof and greaseproof. Unfortunately, this layer prevents cups from being recycled easily caused that most of the paper containers are burned as garbage or drop trash with abandon. and it becomes a source of plastic and microplastic contamination in soil and marine environments.

  • HJS-0510 barrier coatings for cupstock are the answer to market demand for plastic-free, recyclable, repulpable and biodegradable.  The grease-proof, water-proof and heat-sealing barrier coating which 3-in-1 property just requires one coating. Its good leveling and drying rate can improve paper strength. The emulsion is glycol-free, extremely low VOC, HAPS-free and slight odor.
