1320 Water Repellent & Heat Sealed Barrier Coatings

HJS-1320 is an acrylic copolymer emulsion (core-shell structure starch-based) that featured water-proof and high thermal sensitive in heat-sealing. Its good leveling and drying rate can improve paper strength and paper folding endurance. The emulsion is glycol-free, extremely low VOC, HAPS-free and slight odor.
 
CONTENT
  • HJS-1320 is with hydrolysis resistance, especially suits for wrapping paper in contact with water such as straw wrapping paper, brew bag hanging ears…etc.
                


    The 1320 barrier coating on paper offers the following benefits:

    ►Printability (water-based ink)
    ►100% repulpable
    ►Fully recyclable into paper or paperboard
    ►Biodegradable
    ► Stable property in freezing and thawing
    ►Good adhesion with polar materials, e.g. aluminum foil
    ► Excellent heat-sealing whereas in moisture or oily conditions.
    ►Temperature resistance to 120°C after film formation
    ► Microwave allowable after film formation FDA compliant
